The price per participant is specified in the colored box found under the program of each course in the catalogue and in the section on the right on the website.
All the prices for the training courses are indicated as “excluding VAT” and the VAT tax in effect at the time of the training must be added.
Each course must be paid completely once started.
Our prices are fixed: they include: the training costs, the documentation provided to the participants, breaks and lunch.
They do not include: dinner (except for the 5S and Visual Management training) and hotel accommodation costs.
Regarding financing through DIF, you will have to request financing through them. We will provide them will all necessary documents in order to complete your file.
Nonetheless, you will have to pay us directly and request a reimbursement from the organization.
The documents related to the enrollment, the modalities and the conditions, as well as the calendar can be downloaded from the web.
The client/person responsible for the enrollment completes the form with signature and company stamp. All paperwork must then be sent back by fax, mail or email.
Lean University® guarantees registration of the enrollment form with an email message.
We will then establish an agreement for training in duplicate, together with a copy of the teaching program.
The enrollment will not be considered final until the signed and stamped agreement for training has been received.
Lean University® will send an email as confirmation of enrollment.
The convocation and the training program are sent by email to the program’s backer two to three weeks before the expected date of the training. For logistics reasons, the training locations are indicated with the convocation. Included also: the access map, hotel list, information regarding the factory to be visited if included in the training, as well as the collection of the questionnaires of the participants’ expectations.
CANCELLATION INITIATED BY THE PARTICIPANT
If this possibility is not convenient to you, we will invoice you the total cost of the program.
CANCELLATION INITIATED BY US
With the goal of ensuring the best balance in the programs, we reserve the right to cancel a program.
The participants who wish can use their enrollment towards another session.
We commit to informing you two weeks before, so as to limit your disapproval.
CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT
An invoice will be sent to you at the end of the program with the participant’s certificate of participation.
Except for contrary mention provided for in the agreement, the invoices are payable from the moment they are received.

The documents provided to the participants/clients by the interveners as well as the Lean Training partners are covered by the French intellectual property code (Law July 1, 1992 – article L122-4 and 122-5 & C.P art 425) and international conventions.
By agreement as expressed by the parties, it is stipulated that in the case of disputes, the Companies Court of Strasbourg is the only competent court.
INFORMATION AND LIBERTY
The information requested is necessary for the enrollment and intended for our purposes. In accordance with article 27 of the « Information and Liberty» law January 6, 1978, you will be able to access this information and request correction if necessary.
Each enrollment is compliant to the present conditions which prevail over every other condition, except for formal waiver conveyed by Lean University®.
