We Help Operations Managers to Conceive and Actualize Their Industrial Visions Based on the Lean Manufacturing Culture

The Standardization Cycle SDCA is usefull in situations where process results are not stables. The SDCA cycle must at first be studied utilizing a problem solving method in a workshop context and the solutions must be implemented always under the rules of the workshop. The cycle is made of 4 phases:

  1. S - Standardize the processes (find new standards or review old standards)
  2. D - Do, Train the people at the new standards and start to apply in a controlled situation
  3. C - Check the results and verify if they are in line with expectations
  4. A - Act, Confirm the results or disconfirm the results. Start a new SDCA cycle if results are not satisfying the expectations.
