Day 1

  • Review of Ergonomics and the load relative to work
  • Learn to characterize work situations:
    • Scraps between duties and activities
    • Obligations of work activities
    • The parameters of technical and organizational order
  • Application exercise and analysis of actual interventions

Day 2

  • Notions of potential and the necessary measures for their characterizations:
    • Position, gestures, lateralization, …
    • Effort and Strain
    • Work load
    • Mental strain
    • Stress
  • Collective use of analysis instruments for work activity :
    • Self-comparison
    • Activity report
    • The analysis of movement and the sequence of movement

Day 3

  • Application exercises
  • Examples of intervention in various sectors:
    • Assembly (mechanics, electronics, optical, …)
    • Food
    • Cosmetics
    • Handcrafts
    • Architecture
  • Factory visit: see the results of the implementation of a Lean-Ergo® program
  • Training of the different phases of a Continuous Improvement program for work conditions

  • Feedback and comments on factory visit
  • Ergonomics in design activity:
    • The additional challenge of the concept: consider the future activities of the users
    • Prepare models of future situations
    • The determination of the different scenarios
    • The different phases of simulation
    • Issuance of certificates
