  • Principles of Visual Management
  • The 3 levels of Visual Management
  • Analysis of actual practical cases

Day 2

  • Visit to a factory in the morning:
  • Presentation of the company
  • Presentation of its Lean program
  • Visit of the Gemba
  • Questions/Answers
  • Assimilation Quiz
  • Issuance of certificates
