How we work
We work at the Gemba, not in a meeting room. Our consultants spend their days on your shop floor, with your supervisors and operators, watching the real process rather than the one described in the procedure. That is where the waste is visible and where a change either holds or falls apart.
We do not leave a report and go. A typical engagement ends when your own people can run the improvement routine without us — which is the only outcome that survives the following year.
