You asked for the numbers. Here they are.
No preamble. No re-sell. Just the rates for all three programs, and everything you need to decide whether this conversation is worth thirty minutes of your time.
WHAT’S THE INVESTMENT FOR A LEAN SYSTEM THAT ACTUALLY HOLDS?
The monthly rate depends on the program level and your region. All three levels and all regions are below. Pick the one that matches where your operation is and what you need it to become.

Minimum engagement: 4 months. This is not a workshop. It is a coaching relationship built around your plants, your managers, and your financial targets.
THREE PROGRAMS. ONE METHOD. DIFFERENT LEVELS OF COMMITMENT.
It’s not another Lean course. It’s not consulting that leaves changes and then disappears. It’s an “operational coaching framework” that, combined with Lean concepts and methodologies:
Dynamic: Entry-level engagement. For operations leaders who want to test the Gemba Mirror Method™ on one plant or one specific performance gap before committing to a broader transformation. Includes 2 on-site coaching days per month, 2 video coaching sessions (up to 4 hours), shadow coaching (up to 2 hours), WhatsApp support with a 2-hour response commitment, and unlimited phone support. Group and private lean training are not included at this level.
Sustained: Mid-level engagement. For operations leaders managing multiple sites, or a single site with significant behavioural and financial improvement targets. Includes 4 on-site coaching days per month, 4 video coaching sessions (up to 8 hours), shadow coaching (up to 4 hours), group lean training (up to 4 hours), private lean training (up to 4 hours), WhatsApp support and unlimited phone support.
Transformative: Full engagement. For COOs and Operations Directors who need measurable P&L, balance-sheet and cash-flow impact across a complex operation. Includes 8 on-site coaching days per month, 8 video coaching sessions (up to 16 hours), shadow coaching (up to 8 hours), unlimited group and private lean training, WhatsApp support and unlimited phone support.
THE 4 LEVELS OF CHANGE: WHERE CONSULTANTS STOP AND WHERE THE COACH WORKS
This is the table you saw blurred on the previous page. Here it is in full. The first two levels, status quo and behaviour, are the territory of consultants and internal Lean managers: tools, workshops, KPIs. It works, until you need more. The three upper levels, mindset, identity and ecosystem, require mental coaching technology and skills: that is where results stop depending on external pressure.
| Level | Level name | In the Lean implementation context | Change agent |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lean Consultants | |||
| 0 | No Change (Status quo) |
The day-by-day routine continues: same patterns, same results. | Interrupts the pattern: breaks the status quo and creates the initial momentum for change. |
| 1 | Behaviour (Performance) |
Workshops, practising Lean methodologies and reporting built on Lean KPIs. | Direct impact: this is where the clearest effect shows. Changing behaviour becomes easier. |
| Lean Coaches | |||
| 2 | Mindset (Development) |
Transforming the internal meanings attached to work, goals, KPIs and continuous improvement. | Induces a new mindset: creates the psychological space, but does not do the solution-finding work for you. |
| 3 | Identity (Self-definition) |
Becoming someone for whom the Lean methodology comes naturally. | Stimulates the identity shift: easier behaviour supports it, but core identity must be built intentionally. |
| 4 | Ecosystem (Systemic alignment) |
Aligning culture, relationships and work routines so they reinforce the new identity. | Long-term work: requires deliberate design and mental coaching to sustain lasting, systemic change. |
Lean consultants and internal Lean managers stop at Level 1 change, because they are usually not equipped with mental coaching technology and skills. Lean coaches who have been taught and have developed mental coaching skills can skilfully bring people toward Levels 2, 3 and 4.

Mario delivers every program personally. That is why capacity is limited and engagements are planned in advance.
IF THE NUMBERS WORK, THE NEXT STEP IS A 30-MINUTE CONVERSATION.
Not a sales call. A diagnostic.
In 30 minutes we can tell you which program fits your operation, what the realistic financial impact looks like in the first four months, and whether the timing and the fit are right for both sides.
If they are, we move forward. If they are not, you have lost thirty minutes and gained a clear picture of what your lean system actually needs.

WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS DURING THE ENGAGEMENT
"Your Lean system isn’t broken. It’s blind."
The Gemba Mirror Method™ is built on three phases:
Diagnose: We go to where the work happens and identify exactly where the lean system is leaking performance and financial impact. Not a report. A live diagnosis, on the floor, with the people who run it.
Disrupt: We show the system what it is actually doing, not what the dashboards say it is doing. This is where the behavioural shift begins. Supervisors see the gap between standard and reality. Plant managers see the connection between daily decisions and financial outcomes.
Coach: We work alongside your people, not instead of them, until the new behaviours are owned internally. This is the phase that determines whether the results hold after the engagement ends.
The method does not add a parallel improvement structure to your organization. It works inside the one you already have, and makes it financially stronger.
WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE WHEN IT WORKS
Four plants. Four industries. Four months. Real operations with real problems: firefighting, margin pressure, delivery failures, productivity gaps.
Results driven entirely by each client’s own supervisors and line leaders:
| On-time delivery | 60% → 99% |
| Yield | 65% → 85% |
| Cost of non-quality | −60% |
| Productivity via line & department workload rebalancing |
+19% |
| Overall Equipment Effectiveness | +11 points |
| Total cost | −15% |
Every change was made by the client’s own people. Which is why the gains were still there after the engagement ended.
Client names are kept confidential by agreement. The full story behind each of these results (what was broken, what changed, and how long it took) is the kind of detail worth thirty minutes of conversation.
"Mario masterfully managed both the technical and the political complexity of the workshop. He brought people to a consensus built on facts, not on opinions. His role was decisive."
MARIO MASON

Mario Mason is a certified lean coach with field experience across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, the Americas and Asia. He has worked with Henkel, Electrolux, Ferrero, Sanofi, Mondelez, Rio Tinto, Aprilia, Dainese, De Longhi, Kraft and others, across 16 lean methodologies.
He speaks French, English and Italian.
He delivers every program personally. He does not subcontract. He does not send a junior consultant in his place.
The ceiling on capacity is not a marketing device. It is arithmetic: one coach, committed on-site days per client per month, four months minimum. The number of clients Mario can serve at any one time is small by design, because the alternative is a program that looks like coaching and performs like a workshop.
