Middle Management

Middle Management (or head of department, line, etc.) are the persons who plans, controls and coordinates the production activity in a framework of optimization of human, economic and technological resources. The middle manager has hierarchical responsibility on the human resources engaged in the execution of the necessaries value added activities or in the management of assigned machines; it is also the first responsible person for the achievement of the given targets performance.
