Short Interval Management (SIM)

Training of the performance through the indicators over the entire factory or company. The SIM, at the specific attendance in function of the level of observation makes it possible to react rapidly to all of the dysfunctions and makes it possible to return to the standards, of resolving problems or of carrying out Kaizen workshops.
