- Individual projects, closure
Note: preparation exercises by phone and email
Day 4:
Intermediate Version - 4 days
– G0: Preparation – identification of continuous improvement manager, detailed choice of the exercises and perimeters, meeting with management, Lean presentation, conditions of success
- G1, G2 and G3 identical
Day 5:
Long Version - 5 days
From G0 to G3 identical
G4: individual projects control and coaching, deployment organization
