How the benchmark is structured?
After a structured preparation work, the benchmark start with a first meeting with all the operations stakeholders; it will be explained the whys and hows of the benchmark and the benefits they will have getting an external neutral evaluation done by true experts in the field.
After that we will visit each area of the operations accompanied by their area responsables and we will carefully evaluate your operations accordingly with our grids.
During the visit we will listen carefully to your intentions and ideas regarding current status and future projects you are working on. We will give you the KCI advises and the tips that at that moment will be inspired by our professional experience.
