- Implement application exercises on the different tools
- Organize and conduct a practical validation site for the teaching followed

Day 1 and 2

- Drawing of the current state on the ground

TPM Basics e TRS Kobetsu® :
- Self-maintenance

- Planned maintenance

- Targeted improvements following TRS analysis

Individual certification Lean Green Belt
Day 1
(to be done between 6 months and a year after the start of the training)
Theoretical and practical certification Lean Green Belt:
- Presentation of the program of the day
- VSM
- Written test TPM® Basics
- Written test TRS / Kobetsu®
- Written test SMED
- Written test Lean Office
- Written test Lean Coach
- Correction of written tests
- For each participant, a presentation of the process followed and the results of a construction site before a jury composed of an AXIUM PERFORMANCE® consultant and the management of the company
- Gemba Tour to verify that the results of the construction site are lasting
- Debriefing with the Management
- Issuing the Lean Green Belt
Useful information
Individual Lean Green Belt intra certification obtained over a total of 16 days
Note : The Lean Green Belt certificate will be issued only if the participants have passed the theoretical tests
Prerequisite : Have been certified Lean Yellow Belt
Price : 1 000 € IVA not included per person to be certified
