A day of presentation of 3 projects
A personalized path that will make you the essential expert in your company and in the profession.
After completing a path that approaches all the critical notions of Lean, your certification will be granted to you following the first day of examination (Quiz, QCM, and practical cases) then the second day of discussion of your three projects in front of a commission of two senior Axium Performance consultants. You will explain to them on your ground the achievement of the process and outcome objectives associated with these three projects.
