- Certification day (written tests) and validation of 1 project
Why get certified?
To be recognized among its peers, this Axium Performance® certification will open up the first levels of Lean knowledge.
You will be asked to define and implement an individual project supervised by an Axium Perfomance senior consultant who will visit your site.
This validation day will serve to assess your mastery of the basics of Lean and also to ascertain whether the process and outcome objectives associated with your project have been met.
DBecome a Black Belt and benefit from a 50% reduction instead of 40% on the rest of your journey.
