The test through example
Being able to count on many strong relationships with our clients, we have developed a partnership with some of them, who welcome us to their factories to offer our training participants an actual field of exercise.
Not only will you have an opportunity to visit the factories which have implemented a Lean program successfully, but you will be able to engage directly with the actors in this factory.
Visiting a site is always a strong moment for exchange and observations in the Gemba.
