The Lean Coach is a role that encompasses several key responsibilities. Their primary missions are:
- To be a proficient technician in Lean thinking tools, methods, and methodologies.
- To train individuals in Lean activities, commonly referred to as workshops.
- To develop trainers and workshop pilots, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to practice Lean principles (instruments, methods, systems, and culture).
- To facilitate and assist in overcoming challenges encountered by workshop pilots, trainers, managers, and personnel during Lean implementation activities.
- To communicate on the progress and achievements of Lean activities.
- To monitor and evaluate the success of Lean implementation efforts.
To ensure success in this role, we offer a comprehensive 4-day Lean Coach training session, which covers essential skills for conducting workshops and implementing Lean principles. Additionally, for those seeking a more in-depth understanding, we provide a Lean Coach training path, which includes multiple factory visits and an optional certification day.
